Meatball Sub Casserole

MY FAMILY LOVES ANYTHING ITALIAN!!! You will probably get a lot of Italian Recipes on my blog to come. So recipe is a favorite in our house. Even the toddlers eat it all gone. If you have ever had picky eater toddlers, you would know what I mean.
I love this recipe too! It is really easy to make.

First, start by dumping a jar (or a bag of homemade) sauce into pot with about 24-30 meatballs. (I ran out of our homemade spaghetti sauce already, so I am using a store bought jar and adding spices to taste to mine.

Cook the meatballs according to the package. Do not worry if they are not completely done at this point, you will end up finishing them when you bake them in the oven in a little bit.

Once the meatballs and sauce have been cooked, pour them in the center of a 13 x 9” casserole dish. I personally love to use this 11 x 11” baking dishing, it works perfect for this dish. But either size dish will work fine.

After you get all the meatball in the middle of your baking dish, you want to lay on all the cheese. I used all mozzarella for this dish, because I always have mozzarella on hand in our house/freezer. Then you want to top with parmesan cheese.

Next arrange the slices of Texas Toast around the outside edge of the pan. You want each piece to be slightly in your sauce and a good majority of it still sticking out.

The dish is baked for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy.

Meatball Sub Casserole

1 bag of frozen meatballs (about 24-30)
1 jar of marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce
1 ½ cup shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 box of Texas Toast Garlic Bread OR a loaf of fresh sliced garlic Italian bread
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degree.
Place in the meatballs and sauce in a pot, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook the meatball about 10 minutes over medium heat until cooked through. Stirring frequently.
Once cooked, remove from heat and place in the center of a 9x13 baking dish, layer mozzarella and Italian blend cheeses over the meatballs. Then top with the Parmesan cheese.
Take the slices of the Texas toast (or Italian bread) and line the pan all the way around with them so that they are kind of keeping the meatballs in the center of the dish.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, then remove from oven, serve and enjoy.

MMM!!!

Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip

Light, creamy "cheesecake" fruit dip infused with Orange Vitality Essential Oil! Made in less than 10 minutes!

I am so excited to share this recipe with everyone! This is excellent spring/summer citrus dip that easily pairs with more then just fruit. It is great with graham crackers, animal crackers, fruits, cookies, and pretzels. As an Independent Distributor for Young Living, I love to cook and bake with my essential oils and this one, friends, is a keeper! If you'd like to find out a little more about how essential oils can be used in your life or how to get started using Young Living Essential Oils for yourself, check out this Introduction to Essential Oils page.

First, I want to talk about some of the great benefits of Orange Essential Oils! Orange Essential Oil is a clean, fresh scent and is cold pressed from the rind. It can lift the spirit while providing a calming feeling on the body and bring happiness to the mind!

Orange essential oils is rich in limonene, which is known to aid in maintaining normal cellular regeneration. Limonene can be found in the rinds of citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, and lemons.

There are several different ways that orange essential oil can be used. I use it in my water as a dietary supplement. It can also be used when diluted with a carrier oil (coconut, olive, grapeseed, etc.) and then applied topically. Another favorite use of mine is to diffuse orange EO. I love to mix orange with other citrus EOs and creating an fresh and uplifting scent for my environment. NOTE: if Orange EO is used topically, it is consisted photosensitive, therefore be careful where the oil is applied. It is best to stay out of the sun for about 12 hours after application.

So, I cannot say enough about Orange EO. With that said lets share the excellent dip with the help of this refreshing EO in it. This Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip is a combination of cream cheese and vanilla with the outstanding blast of orange essential oil to create excellent light, fluffy dip.

This dip is great with strawberries, bananas, graham crackers, animals crackers, Oreo's... or just from the bowl with a spoon! This would be a perfect spring tea party or a summer picnic. It will bring happiness to all that it is shared with. (Which is why I am sharing it with you all!)

ENJOY!

Young Living's Essential Rewards Program

So are you looking to create a chemical-free home and environment for yourself? Maybe you worry about the kids being around harsh chemicals, especially those little ones that tend to pull out all the cleaning agents from the cabinets. If you are like me, your biggest fear was what they could get into and how dangerous they are.

Lets face it... cleaning chemicals are harsh! Most smell horrible, and they are bad for both your respiratory system and skin! If you knew they could be replaced with all-natural, non-toxic, plant-based, great-smelling alternatives, would you? So why would you want to continue using those items if they can be replaced with some all-natural, plant-based options, that smells incredible, and have the same power as all these chemicals you are currently using. If the decision were mine, I would be like, "Sign me up!" And I did! If you would like to find out how, see my other blog "How to Get Young Living Essential Oils."

Once you sign up you will want to get onto Young Living's monthly box subscription program, "Essential Rewards." This will allow you to earn a percentage in rewards points on your order each month, and those points can be used toward free products. Also, you will also get FREE products each month based on your total order level that month.

Here's the breakdown: The first three months you will receive 10% back in points from your monthly order. Months 4-24 you can receive 20% back in points back. Beginning with month 25, you will receive 25% in points back. A second benefit to this program is that there is no obligation to sell any products by signing up. You can just earn the rewards off of what you purchase yourself.

Another big advantage to this program is that you can order your household products (cleaning items, essential oils, personal care item, make-up, supplement, and much more) and they will be delivered right to your doorstep every month. I love no having to worry that I'm running out of something. I have a reoccurring monthly order that will ship right to my doorstep every month.

This program has SO much to offer, why not be part of it?
